What will my rental cost?
Pay as you go. Move the slider to your rental time.
After 72 hours without a return, a €25 non-return fee applies in total.

How the deposit works
- A hold, not a chargeWe reserve €10 on your card or wallet when the slot opens.
- Charged on returnWhen the power bank clicks into a slot, we take the rental amount from the hold.
- The rest is releasedThe unused amount is released straight away. Your bank may take 3 to 7 working days to show it.
How does the €10 deposit work?
We place a €10 hold on your card or wallet when you take a power bank. When you return it, we charge only the rental time and release the rest of the hold. If the rental costs more than €10, the difference is charged to the same card.
When will I get my deposit back?
We release it the moment the power bank clicks into a slot. Depending on your bank, it can take 3 to 7 working days to disappear from your statement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bancaire (CB) and American Express. Prepaid cards may be refused for the deposit hold.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payments are handled by our certified payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. Add your email on the payment page and we send a receipt when the rental ends. You can also download it from the confirmation page.
